Welcome to the podcast. I’m Rob Watson, an ex-pro marathoner with a 2:13:29 personal best (pre-super shoes), 11th place finisher at the 2013 Boston Marathon, and 20th at the World Championships in Moscow that same year. Nowadays, I’m a coach with Mile2Marathon and generally just a big running nerd.
On this show, we dive into all things running, with the occasional detour into cycling and triathlons. It’s a lighthearted, fun take on the sport we love, so sit back, relax, and let’s talk running.

This week on the podcast we have M2M's newest coach Michael Suey. Michael is a rad dude who came to running from the world of Soccer, Badminton and competitive cheerleading. It was great to talk to him about his journey through running and the learnings along the way.
